What stood out to me about this location was the width and curve of this dune. It wasn’t the tallest dune in the dunefield but the curve of the dune was incredible. I could see the textured areas in the light, where the breeze had carved through the gypsum, and the areas that were smooth and shadowed - protected from the desert wind.
