Flower Field

I took this in a bluebonnet field in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. These bluebonnets tend to bloom around March-April and are the state flower of Texas. They also happen to be one of my personal favorites to capture. In this frame, I photographed a patch of the bluebonnets with the setting sun. I liked the many elements in the scene: the flowers, reeds, cedars, and the sun. They combine to make a chaotic but beautiful scene.
