From the Heavens

I took this in a bluebonnet field in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. These bluebonnets tend to bloom around March-April and are the state flower of Texas. They also happen to be one of my personal favorites to capture. In this particular frame, I loved how the broken light from the sun came streaming down through the trees to hit the center flower. The sunbeams gave this bluebonnet a calming and heavenly feeling.
