After finding some beautiful compositions on a cloudy Patagonia morning (see “Moody Patagonia” and “Anchor”), my friend and I were suddenly confronted by a beautiful and extremely curious Culpeo fox. These foxes are native to Patagonia and have a beautiful orange coat. On repeated occasions, this fox walked up to me, almost like he wanted to be scratched! It was a stark difference from most wildlife in the US and even my dog sometimes. Here, I was able to capture him in front of Lago Pehoe and Los Cuernos rising dramatically in the background.
