Juvenile

This image captures a juvenile bald eagle perched on the branch of a lakeside tree. While I love the mature bald eagles - with the white head and yellow beak - the juvenile eagles are equally as beautiful. Sometimes, they actually look bigger than the older eagles due to their dark head. This specific bird had some beautiful feathers and patterns.
