Land of the Free

I photographed this bald eagle in Seward, Alaska. While I had a 100-400mm lens (and was shooting at 400mm), it was still amazing to get up close with this bird. It’s basically impossible to display how big these birds actually are in person. These eagles are easily my favorite birds to photograph.
