Monochrome Moraine

I captured this image high above Moraine Lake - on the trail to Sentinel Pass. This scene looks back towards the trail down to Moraine Lake and the impressive mountains behind it. What stood out to me about this location were the mountains. They are sharp, jagged, and beautiful. My composition captures the trail slowly winding down the hill under the dramatic peaks.
