Monument

For this image, I travelled to Monument Valley in Northeastern Arizona. While not on the same scale as the Grand Canyon, this landscape is wild. Giant buttes and spires rise up from nothing and dominate the skyline. This is a photo of the Three Sisters in the tribal park. I chose a black and white format for this image because I felt it focused the eye on the unique shape of this rock formation.
