Portrait of Paradise

Myrtle Falls, in the Paradise region of Mount Rainier is a must-stop for any visitor to the park. Located about 0.5 miles from the trailhead, it is an easy walk. On this particular morning, I got an early start and got some beautiful light on Mount Rainier. I used a ND filter to slow my shutter speed and get motion blur on the water cascading over the falls. This is one of my favorite photos from the Pacific Northwest.
