Yukon Lupine

This image was taken in Kluane National Park in the Yukon - the Canadian territory adjacent to Alaska. One of the gems of Kluane National Park is Kathleen Lake. This lake is backdropped by beautiful, snowcapped mountains and the water is a bright blue-green color. I took this image on the shores of Kathleen Lake. I found this beautiful lupine flower, perfectly backdropped by a mountain called Kings Throne.
