As the name implies, I took this photo above Zion Canyon at one of my favorite viewpoints in the park. From this viewpoint, you can see Angel’s Landing reach dramatically into Zion Canyon. The Great White Throne in the background creates an imposing backstop behind Angel’s Landing. One of my favorite parts about this image is the trail in the foreground. It leads across the image towards Angel’s Landing, which then carries the eye of the viewer into the background.
